2. Click Add personalized design below.
3. Important: inside the personalizer, select the same canvas size again before uploading your photo.
4. Upload one clear JPG or PNG, finish the design steps, and return to this product page. Your personalization code should appear automatically.
5. Add the item to cart and complete checkout.
6. We review the photo and send a digital proof within 1-2 business days. Production starts only after you approve the proof.
UPLOAD HELP
If the personalizer opens with a different size, re-select the size you chose on this product page before uploading. If the upload or personalization code fails, place the order and email one clear photo, the intended canvas size, and your order number to support@artisourceai.com.
PHOTO TIPS
Use a bright, sharp, front-facing photo with the full head visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, blur, dark lighting, and cropped ears.
DELIVERY

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & SUPPORT
Contact support@artisourceai.com before proof approval for changes or cancellation requests. Once production begins, custom items cannot normally be changed or cancelled. If your canvas arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
