- 3. Upload one clear JPG or PNG review the preview and save it in the Personalization Hub.
- 4. Add the selected size and saved design to your cart then complete checkout.
- 5. We review your photo and email a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Production starts only after your written approval.
Photo help
Use a bright sharp front-facing photo with the eyes face ears neck and chest clearly visible. Avoid screenshots heavy filters blur dark lighting photos taken from directly above and cropped ears. If the Personalization Hub does not load try a current version of Safari or Chrome. If it still fails email one clear photo and your intended canvas size to support@artisourceai.com before ordering.
Delivery
Artwork review and approval happen before production. Allow approximately 7–12 business days after written approval for most contiguous-US orders. Shipping charges if any are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
Changes cancellations & support
Contact support@artisourceai.com before proof approval for change or cancellation requests. Once production begins custom items normally cannot be changed or cancelled. If your canvas arrives damaged or incorrect email your order number and clear photos of the issue.
