What photo should I upload?

Upload one clear, well-lit original photo with your pet's eyes, face shape, coat colors, and key markings visible. See our Photo Guide.

Can I include more than one pet?

Only when the selected product option specifically supports multiple pets.

Will I see the artwork before printing?

Yes. We email a watermarked digital proof within 1-2 business days. Production starts only after you reply APPROVED in writing.

Can I request a revision?

One reasonable revision is included before written approval. Changes are not possible after production begins.

How long does delivery take?

Standard US delivery is typically 7-12 business days after written proof approval. Carrier delays can occur.

What if my portrait arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@artisourceai.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review eligible defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items and arrange the appropriate remedy.

How are my photos used?

Customer images are used only to create and support the ordered portrait.
