How It Works

1. Choose your portrait

Select a size and upload one clear, well-lit photo of your pet.

2. Receive your watermarked proof

We create a watercolor-style digital proof that preserves the features that make your pet recognizable. Your proof is emailed within 1-2 business days.

3. Review and approve in writing

Review the watermarked proof and reply APPROVED. One reasonable revision is included. We never start production without your written approval.

4. Production and delivery

After written approval, we send the final artwork to our US fulfillment partner. Standard US delivery is typically 7-12 business days after approval, and tracking is emailed when the order ships.
