When your portrait ships, we email a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Use the Track order button in your shipping-confirmation email for the latest carrier status. If you cannot locate that email or tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact support@artisourceai.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

For personalized portraits, the delivery estimate begins only after you approve the watermarked digital proof in writing.
